If you use too much force, you could give your gums and teeth damage. Replace your toothbrush with a softer one if brushing hurts your teeth.

Be sure to floss at least once daily. Flossing is the best way to eliminate plaque and bacteria between your teeth. Flossing also has much to do with ensuring your gums stay healthy. Floss whenever you have time, but do it every day.
